A methodical look over the whole roof: covering, flashing, penetrations, gutters and, where it is accessible, the attic. Useful before you buy a house, before the wet season, or after a storm has been through — and you get the photos, whether or not there is any work in it for us.

We work Mon–Sat and will give you a real window rather than a whole day.

Walk the roof
Covering, flashing, penetrations, ridge and gutters — checked in order and photographed as we go.

Check the attic
Where it is accessible, the underside tells you about ventilation and about leaks that have not reached the ceiling yet.

You get what we found in writing, with a plain recommendation and no pressure attached to it.
